In this workshop we will examine the challenges of change leadership and the mistakes that often result. We will incorporate principles for leading organizational change, leading individuals during times of change, and managing our own reactions to change. We will also explore the context of Mid-Level Leading. Since experienced, mid-level leaders usually have strong functional/technical/political understanding, organizations take them for granted. Organizations are increasingly seeing the need to invest in the development of these mid-level leaders, though, to help them meet changing expectations and demands.
